Our back to basics approach offers pragmatic, cost effective, tailored solutions to enable companies and organisations to meet the complexities and requirements of HSE law whilst maintaining their focus on core business, with a level of confidence that their Health, Safety and Environmental arrangements are fit for purpose.

Our Risk Management Team

Paradigm consists of a very capable and flexible team of associates who are HSE specialists with extensive experience in Safety Critical Industry both On and Offshore in the Oil, Gas, Chemical, Nuclear and Renewable Industries at Senior and Middle Management level.

They have contributed on numerous government and industry consultation documents including draft legislation. Moreover, have participated on a number of industry working groups and committees, for example the Energy Institutes Upstream Scientific Advisory Group and IOSH’s (Institution of Safety and Health) Hazardous Industry Group.More than just Technical Capability and Competency Paradigm has a strong commitment to quality, competitiveness and ethics.
